Sarah started her training in sculpture at Norwich Art School, and went on to study at Goldsmith's College in London. Her art background has led her in many different directions, initially into model-making for museums in America and Europe. After having children, she turned her sculpture into cakes and other food. As well as the beautiful sugar flowers that you can see on her website, she also makes crazy cakes for celebrities and for chat shows.
She may teach a course on crazy cake-making next year.
