Whether you want to have a go at Strictly Come Dancing, or just not to feel at a loss at a dinner dance or a wedding, this one-day course for complete beginners will teach you four dances (two Ballroom, two Latin) which will get you started.

Mac & Jo aim to give you a day of fun, as well as hard work, learning the Waltz and the Quickstep in the morning, with the Cha-Cha-Cha and Jive in the afternoon.  Click on the box above to see more about Mac & Jo.

Come with a partner or just by yourself!  Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you can move freely in.
